Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account with qq1211. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we discover duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be closed, and any balances, winnings, and Bonuses will be forfeited. Only the first Account registered will be considered valid.

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorized by qq1211. Standard withdrawal processing time is 2-6 hours. VIP members receive priority processing: Gold tier within 2 hours, Platinum tier within 1 hour, Diamond tier within 15 minutes.
All withdrawal requests are subject to security verification. qq1211 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, payment method ownership, or the source of funds before approving a withdrawal. Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount of betting turnover required before Bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Any funds obtained through Bonus abuse will be confiscated.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, qq1211 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their state prior to the malfunction. Players will be notified of any such incidents via email or in-Account messaging.

We reserve the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. Bets placed in violation of stated limits may be voided.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 organizers for Indonesian domestic football). In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. If a match is canceled or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
